CENTRA GOLIATH 30mm Front Sight
Avaliable in our online shop here Actionclear is proud to announce it has been made the exclusive Australian distributor and reseller of the new 30mm Goliath foresight system. The front sight is a joint effort between X-Treme Shooting Products (Cincinnati, USA), Centra Visiertechnik of Germany, and Robert Chombart of Normandy France.
This is a 30mm front sight tunnel for maximum light transmission, with the following options: 3 choices of adjustable iris ranges: - 2.8mm - 4.8mm
- 3.8mm - 5.8mm
- 5.0mm - 7.0mm
Ground optical glass lenses with anti-reflective coatings in a metal frame with lens power stamped on the front (as required in Europe). Lenses screw in and out for easy change and cleaning. Lenses available in .3 or .5 diopter. Available in 3 heights: - Prone rifle
- AR-15 height
- Tubb rifle/AR-10 height
NOTE: actionclear only stocks the prone rifle height at this time, but can obtain any of the accessories as needed. At this time, adjustable irises (rings) are the only ones available - there are no fixed rings available though actionclear. Modular design allows sight to be moved from rifle to rifle without losing zero. Also the "tunnel" can be moved to different elevation plates allowing a shooter to own one tunnel and iris but be able to use it on prone guns as well as AR or Tubb match rifles. This eliminates the need to buy several complete units. Used by John Whidden at the 2008 Long Range National Matches on both of his prone rifles as he set a new Leech Cup record of 200-15x and won his second consecutive National Championship.
